What to Do in Case of Flight Delay?
No worries – you don’t need to do anything extra in case of flight delays.
If you’ve entered your flight number correctly when booking, we automatically monitor the flight. Your driver adjusts the pick-up time according to the actual landing time and waits at the agreed pick-up at Vienna Airport.
Important
Please only notify us by phone if:
- your flight number has changed, or
- there is a very short-notice or exceptionally long delay
