FAQ about Prices
Why is Hietzing (13th district) more expensive than the Inner City?
Greater distance. From Schwechat to Hietzing is about 35 km, to the Inner City about 20 km. The price is based on distance and travel time.
Are there discounts for regular customers?
Currently not. Prices are already fair and calculated in advance. No discounts, but also no hidden fees.
Is the night surcharge really only €6?
Yes. Between 9:00 PM and 4:59 AM, a surcharge of €6 applies. Regular taxis at the airport often charge €10–15 at night.
Can the price increase after booking?
No. What you see when booking is what you pay, even if the ride takes longer than expected. The only exception is if you change your destination during the ride.
What if I have more luggage than indicated?
As long as it fits in the vehicle, there is no extra cost. You can indicate the number of suitcases during booking, and the system will automatically select the appropriate vehicle.
Do I need to tip?
No, tipping is optional. If you were satisfied, your driver will appreciate it, but it’s not mandatory.
